On June 22, 2024 Robert J. Pasqual passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Bob was the son of Harry and Anna Pasqual.
He grew up in Mt. Lebanon and attended St. Bernard’s grade school and Mt. Lebanon High School. Bob was both a hard worker and a quick study which enabled him to fast track his college at the University of Pittsburgh and enter dental school early. While at Pitt he met the love of his life, Annette Basilone. They would marry shortly after his graduation from Pitt Dental School. The newlyweds then headed for North Carolina where Bob was a lieutenant in the Navy and stationed at Camp LeJeune.
Upon completing his service, they returned to Pittsburgh where Bob began his dental practice with his brother Harry. The two worked together for 40 years until Bob retired. Bob is survived by his wife, Annette, his daughter Mary Ann Wiley and her husband Sam; his daughter Patricia Nicholson and her husband Christopher; grand-daughters Katie and Emily Wiley; his brother Harry Pasqual and his wife Roberta; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; beloved sister Lillian Allison and her husband Robert; and his daughter, Roseanna. Bob will be forever missed by his family and friends. He was a kind-hearted, affable and often humorous man.
When not working, Bob could be found in his garden growing all sorts of vegetables. He was an amazing cook, avid winemaker, decent painter and he could fix anything. After retirement, he loved to play golf and what he lacked in athletic ability he made up for in friendships. Bob was the guy that everyone loved and definitely the guy you wanted to get a beer with after your round.
The family will receive friends Friday, June 28th from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Christ the King Parish, St. Scholastica Church, 309 Brilliant Avenue, Aspinwall. Interment will be private at St. Rita Cemetery, Connellsville.
