Robert D. "Bob"  Allen

Age 75 of Fox Chapel, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 27, 2025. Husband of Joan (Lenard) Allen; father of Jessica Allen, Kendall Allen and Chase Allen; grandfather of Avaya Allen and Mackenzie Cieszynski; former spouse of Elisa Solomon; brother of David Allen (Marcie) and the late Richard Allen.

Bob was a graduate of Greensburg Central Catholic High School and Waynesburg College, where he excelled in football. He also excelled in medical device sales and most recently continued his passion for sales for a wine distributor.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 30th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the WEDDELL-AJAK FUNERAL HOME, 100 Center Avenue, Aspinwall.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, May 1st at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Parish, St. Scholastica Church, 309 Brilliant Ave. Aspinwall. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions in Bob’s name to Greensburg Central Catholic High School or to Animal Friends.
