Marjorie (Jones) Schuck

Age 100, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, January 23, 2023.  She was born on November 12, 1922 in Muncie, Indiana  to Frederick Joshua and Minnie Gladys (Welch) Jones. Margie was active in the Avondale Methodist Church, Muncie, IN  and graduated from Central High School, IN.

She then attended Ball State Teacher’s College for 2 years, served in the WAVES from 1943 to 1946, and graduated from Indiana University where she married Richard Schuck. They later moved to Omaha, NE,  where they adopted Carolynn Marie and Steven Leigh. Shortly before her 90th birthday, Margie moved to Harmar Twp., to live with her daughter and son-in-law. She was preceded in death by her ex-husband Richard and son Steven, and is survived by her daughter, Carolynn (Gregg) Friday of Harmar Twp.  and her granddaughters,  Andrea Marie and Wendy Leigh.

Per Marjorie's request, services were private and handled by the Weddell-Ajak Funeral Home, Aspinwall.
