Gerald L. Potter, Jr.

Age 64 of Aspinwall, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021. Beloved husband of 30 years to Dr. Catherine Birk; son of Gerald L. Sr. and the late Eleen Potter; brother of Janice (Dr. Guy) Reschenthaler; uncle of Guy L. Reschenthaler and Dr. Grant (Corinne) Reschenthaler.  

He will be greatly missed by his family and neighbors. He looked forward to his weekend expeditions with his father, and was the go-to guy for borrowing any kind of hand tool.  Gerald was unfailingly good natured and social, and enjoyed the outdoors.

Friends received Friday, February 19th from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the WEDDELL-AJAK FUNERAL HOME, 100 Center Ave.  Aspinwall.  masks and social distancing required. A Christian Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Scholastica Church, 309 Brilliant Ave. Aspinwall.  The funeral Mass will be live-streamed on the Weddell-Ajak Funeral Home Facebook page.  Interment  private.
