David B. Powell

Age 71, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. David was born on June 15, 1951 in Canonsburg, PA and was a son of the late William R. Powell, Sr. and Dolores (Toogood) Powell. David served with the US Navy.He worked in the steel and transportation  industries. He loved fishing, shooting pool and playing cards. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, William, Robert and Gary Powell. He is survived by his brother, Allen K. (Diane) Powell; his many nieces, nephews and cousins, including  Ricky, Robin and Randy Powell. 

Family and friends are invited to a service on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 1 p.m. at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017.
