Carol Ann (Neth) Rao

Carol Ann (Neth) Rao, age 76, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020, after a long battle with frontotemporal degeneration (FTD). Beloved wife of the late Dr. Gopal Rao; loving mother of Noelle Rao (Scott Gillam), Aspinwall, and Leila Rao (James McIntyre), Germantown, MD; survived by sister Dorothea “Cookie” Jones (Neth), Canton, OH.

She was a 1965 graduate of Aultman College, School of Nursing, Canton, OH. She enjoyed afternoon tea/daily walks with her husband, laughing with her three sisters, singing, reading books, dancing with her daughters and caregivers, and caring for patients, the family and pets.

No Visitation. Service and Interment private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations may be made in memory of Carol Rao to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration, theaftd.org.
