Samuel S. Rago

Age 33 of O’Hara Twp., after battling depression, passed away on Sunday, January 7, 2018. Beloved son of John and Franca Rago; brother of Jack Rago (Jamie Pham) and Rob Rago; cherished grandson of Norma and Robert Racki and Barbara Munn and Vincent Rago; he will also be missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Sam was a gentle soul, a talented musician and a gifted artist.  An avid reader with an encyclopedic memory, Sam was always a wealth of information.  His family will especially miss their evenings watching Jeopardy where Sam always beat them handily.  Sam was also mindful of the value of the humanities and that they should be practiced anywhere, at any time.  And according to Sam, made from the best ingredients on earth – love and passion. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 2 p.m. until the service at 7 p.m. at the WEDDELL-AJAK FUNERAL HOME, 100 Center Ave. Aspinwall. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions to the charity of your choice.
