I worked with Hal at Caterpillar on two occasions, first in Engine Division Marketing and later in Defense and Federal Products in the early 1990s. Hal was an Account Manager in marine engine sales and was responsible for coordination and sales effort with several U. S. federal military agencies. He was a good "Caterpillar" man and was a nice friend to work with. Rest in Peace Hal for a job well done.
