Anthony P. "Sonny" Carvelli

Anthony P. "Sonny" Carvelli, 75 of Aspinwall, died Saturday, November 8, 2008 at UPMC St. Margaret. He was born on January 18, 1933 in Sharpsburg, PA and was the Son of the late Anthony J. and Margaret (Settino) Carvelli. He is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Carolyn (Pugliano) Carvelli; Brother-in-law of Rose Madonna, Mary (Carmen) Biondo, Evelyn Albanese and Theresa Smith; cousin of Mary Jo Settino; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 10th from 8:30 A.M. until a parting prayer at 9:30 A.M. at the WEDDELL-AJAK FUNERAL HOME 100 Center Avenue, Aspinwall, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. in St. Scholastica R.C. Church, 309 Brilliant Ave. Aspinwall, Officiating will be his pastor the Rev. Fr. Kenneth R. White. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, O'Hara Twp. In lieu of Flowers, Memorial Contributions to St. Scholastica Church, 309 Brilliant Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15215
