Age 85 of Highland Park, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA on July 7, 1931 and was the daughter of the late William and Cynthia Carter. She was preceded in death by her husband Oren Stowers, Jr. and her son, Anthony Stowers. No Visitation. Service and Interment at Homewood Cemetery, Pittsburgh,  will be held privately.
