H. Donald Uebing

Age 89 of Aspinwall, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 14, 2017. Cherished companion of Betty Hodge, whom he lovingly called "My Honey". Beloved father of Judith Groover (Bill Markle) of Ft. Myers, FL, Donald Uebing (Barbara) of O'Hara Twp., Kimberly Gegick (Robert) of Wexford and Diane McDaniel (Dennis) of Monroeville; eight grandchildren and one great grandson; former husband of the late Shirley Watkins Uebing; brother of the late William Uebing. Don especially loved spending time with family, notably fishing and hunting. He spent his career as an electrical engineer, primarily with Sargent Electric and was a proud World War II veteran. Friends will be received Thursday, February 16, 2017 from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.at the WEDDELL-AJAK FUNERAL HOME, 100 Center Ave. Aspinwall, where a Funeral Service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Warrior Foundation Freedom Station.
